James has 25+ years experience in the Real Estate Financial Services industry. James is the Broker for BPH Mortgage and President of Aurora Company. Aurora Company is a Real Estate Consulting Company affiliated with BPH Mortgage. He was in the President’s Roundtable while at Home Savings of America and a President’s club member while working for publisher Prentice-Hall. James is the ideal choice to service your residential and commercial financial needs.
As a Manager his diverse background, extensive product knowledge, and unyielding dedication to customers that are the cornerstone of BPH’ business. His range of experience includes the first-time buyers, conventional, and commercial loans plus other areas of mortgage lending for all credit grades.
James has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Denver and has made loans in 22 States and 13 foreign countries to and from the Bay Area. He is a longtime resident of the Bay Area and now lives in Oakland. He served as chairman of the Eastlake YMCA Board of Managers, and as a member of the Metropolitan Oakland YMCA Board of Directors and remains very active in his community. James has been a Real Estate Instructor at Laney Community College since 1986.
